What's coming soon Brasserie D
Alain Eigenmann, who many in Nyack know from his longstanding restaurant Alain's Bistro, plans to open Brassiere D, an 85-seat dining room devoted to French classics such as steak frites, oysters on the half shell, mussels and salad nicoise. The new spot - which will feature a large bar - will take over the space formerly occupied by Vietnam Central at 108 Main Street. In other news he plans to rebrand Alain's Bistro, just down the street at 88 Main, into Alain's Wine & Tapas. Alain's Bistro will close for a month (ish) three weeks after he opens Brassiere D for renovations before reopening, while Brassiere D should open sometime in the next four to six weeks.
